RESEARCH AND SAMPLE TESTING WORKFLOW
Procedure for Research and Sample Testing

Researchers submit a request for equipment testing or usage, accompanied by:

A brief proposal

Supporting references

The request is submitted to the Head of ITSC for approval (ACC).

The Admin processes the permit for testing or equipment usage.
-
The Admin issues an invoice based on the submitted request.

Researchers make a payment to the University’s BLU account.
-
The Admin receives proof of payment from the researcher.
-
Laboratory staff (Lab Technician) conducts a consultation regarding equipment usage.
-
Laboratory staff carries out the testing based on agreed procedures.
-
Laboratory staff compiles the test results.
-
The Admin delivers the test results to the researcher.
-
The Head of ITSC monitors and evaluates all equipment testing or lending activities within the center.

Internship Services
Internship Application Procedure at ITSC

Students submit an internship application, including:

Motivation letter
-
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
-
Most recent academic transcript (KHS)
-

A supervisor from ITSC expert team is appointed, based on the student’s field of interest.

Student receives an acceptance letter for the internship at ITSC.

An official assignment letter is issued appointing the supervisor from the ITSC expert team.
-
Internship activities are carried out according to the approved schedule and plan.
-
Internship report is prepared and validated by both the supervisor and the Head of ITSC.
-
Internship results are presented in a seminar, attended by all ITSC members.
